Trust: We trust your subject matter expertise, however you need to trust us and our best practices. We’d love your input and guidance, but need a little rope to do our jobs best.

Access: Communication is key to our success with your social. That means, we can’t (and won’t) eat up all your time over-communicating (we’re here to lessen your load!) but we do require an active connection and access to your business and brand so we can get the content, information and approvals required to do our jobs well.

Patience: Results are a very important part of the investment you’re making, but they don’t happen overnight. We ask that you commit to six months working with us so we can really make things happen for you and set your strategy in motion.

Respect: We’re a virtual and remote team and in this day in age, we are so hyper connected that sometimes we forget the importance of disconnecting. We generally operate in regular business hours but we are in various time zones and sometimes our schedules fluctuate (as social media demands!) so please allow us up to 24 hours to get back to any questions or inquiries.
